First, before you pick up your customer, make sure your vehicle is clean inside and out. Don’t try to take any shortcuts by using over-powering perfumes to cover odors. It doesn’t work and customers do not like it. The best smell is that simple, clean, fresh smell, that you can only get with a clean vehicle.


Second, time is of the essence. There are two types of customers when it comes to time. Some customers are “ASAP” so you make sure to get there as soon as safely possible. Some customers are “Time calls.” These customers give you a specific time for pick up and you make them happy by being there at the appropriate time. Many of these customers have important appointments, jobs, flights to catch, etc… If you’re late, they’re late, and they won’t be happy.

A satisfied customer is a happy customer. A happy customer is money in your pocket. So, if you want to maximize your money-making, simply make your customers happy. You’ll be happy in the process.
